However, I wanted to take the time to say thank you for such an amazing product. I used the mat to cover a 3 tier wedding cake w/ fondant last Saturday and it was by far the least stress that I've ever experienced covering a cake ... no tears from lifting the fondant ... I was able to see the exact placement prior to releasing the fondant, I was able to add more fondant to the mat to achieve the size that I needed without having to re-roll out all of the fondant.
